GARDUOTO – Jeep Kalla Kars, authorized dealer Jeep di Sulawesi, mengajak para pemilik Jeep Wrangler yang tergabung dalam klub JKOC (JK Owners Celebes) untuk bertualang seru bersama Jeep kesayangan dari Makassar menuju Tanjung Bira, Jumat – Minggu 26-28 Agustus 2022.

Kegiatan yang bertajuk Jeep Kalla Kars Grand Opening Adventure Day 2022 ini diikuti 36 Jeep Wrangler berbagai varian (JK, JL, dan Gladiator) dengan 112 peserta yang seluruhnya merupakan member American Jeep klub “JK Owners Celebes (JKOC)” yang tersebar diberbagai wilayah di Sulawesi.

Adventure Day ini sendiri merupakan event kolaborasi antara Jeep Kalla Kars dengan program regular JK Owners Celebes yakni “JKOC On Tour Bira (part of August 2022)” yang rutin digelar setiap dua bulan sekali di berbagai wilayah destinasi wisata adventure di Indonesia.

“Dukungan para pencinta Jeep pada event kali ini turut membangun citra merek Jeep sebagai kendaraan SUV yang dapat diandalkan di segala medan,” papar Dhani Yahya, COO DAS Indonesia Motor, dalam keterangannya.

Para peserta berangkat dari titik kumpul di Mal Ratu Indah Makassar menuju Tanjung Bira, di Kecamatan Bonto Bahari, Kabupaten Bulukumba, Sulawesi Selatan. Total rute menempuh empat kabupaten di Sulawesi Selatan meliputi Makassar, Gowa, Jeneponto, Bantaeng, Bulukumba, Sinjai, Bone dan kembali ke Makassar.

Event ini bukan untuk menjajal ketangguhan mobil Jeep di medan jalan yang menantang, tapi dipilih karena pemandangan alamnya yang indah terutama pantai Bira yang eksotik.

Terletak di ujung selatan pulau Sulawesi, pantai Bira memiliki pasir putih lembut yang terkenal akan keindahannya dan Tanjung Bira juga merupakan rumah pembuatan kapal tradisional “Phinisi” khas Sulawesi Selatan dan pengunjung dapat melihat proses pembuatan kapal tersebut di pinggiran pantai.

Kegiatan adventure day meliputi Eduwisata yakni mengunjungi lokasi pembuatan serta berinteraksi dengan pakar pembuat Phinisi, Konservasi Penyu melalui pelepasan anak penyu ke laut, wisata kuliner & UMKM dan Road Trip Adventure melalui jalan di lereng bukit dan pesisir yang sangat indah.
