GARDUOTO – Hari ini, di kawasan Senayan, Jakarta Selatan, PT. Toyota Astra Financial Services (TAF), mengumumkan peluncuran fitur online video call customer service baru dalam aplikasi FLEX by TAF.
Fitur tersebut dinamakan TOMI Online Services (TOS), yang bisa memberikan solusi bagi konsumen TAF secara personal melalui fitur video call yang bisa diakses dalam aplikasi setiap hari (termasuk weekend) dari pukul 08:00 – 20:00.
Dengan fitur TOS, konsumen bisa terhubung melalui video call dengan customer services officer TAF untuk membantu beragam jenis layanan seperti pemesanan pengambilan BPKB, perpanjang STNK, pelunasan dipercepat, perubahan struktur kredit, perubahan tanggal jatuh tempo, over kredit, program dana tunai serta pengajuan kredit mobil baru.
Inovasi fitur video call TOS menjadikan TAF sebagai perusahaan pembiayaan pertama yang memberikan kapabilitas layanan online secara personal oleh real customer services officer.
“TOMI Online Service (TOS) adalah salah satu wujud realisasi visi TAF untuk meningkatkan pelayanan konsumen yang kini semakin menginginkan solusi yang cepat dan efisien,” ujar Agus Prayitno, President Director Toyota Astra Financial Services, Senin (12/12/2022).
Sedangkan menurut Budi Setiawan, Marketing & Sales Director Toyota Astra Financial Services, TOS dikembangkan dengan tujuan agar konsumen mendapatkan kualitas layanan yang sama dengan kunjungan fisik ke cabang.
“Kami mendengar pendapat konsumen bahwa terkadang online customer service masih belum sebanding dengan penanganan real customer service yang personal dan meyakinkan.”
“Karena itu kami merancang standard operating procedure (SOP) khusus untuk TOS, untuk memastikan konsumen mendapatkan layanan yang solutif, efisien, tanpa meninggalkan rasa ragu ketika sesi video call sudah berakhir,” jelas Budi.
Untuk terhubung dengan customer service TOS dalam aplikasi FLEX, konsumen bisa meng-klik fitur “video call”. Aplikasi TAF FLEX sudah tersedia untuk pengguna iOS di Apple Store dan Android di Play Store. (GO/Gie)
