Di GIIAS 2022 lalu, Hino menampilkan enam unit kendaraan mulai dari truk listrik Dutro Z EV, 200 Series, 136 HDL 6×2, Ranger FM 280 JD Mining Spec, Ranger FMX 280 TH, dan Bus GB 150 AT.
Dari semua produk tersebut, ada dua yang berhasil mendapatkan perhatian lebih dari para pengunjung GIIAS 2022, yakni Dutro Z EV yang memilliki kelebihan dapat menempuh jarak 100 KM dengan waktu pengecasan yang hanya satu jam.
Serta yang sangat menarik adalah hadirnya Hino200 series yang merupakan new category yang siap melengkapi jajaran line up Hino di kelas Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV).
Pada hari pertama pembukaan GIIAS 2022, Kamis (11/8/2022), booth Hino menjadi booth kendaraan yang pertama dikunjungi oleh Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Indonesia Airlangga Hartarto dan Menteri Perindustrian Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita.
Menko Airlangga menyempatkan diri masuk dan duduk dalam kabin Hino Dutro Z EV. Setelah itu beliau melihat informasi panel tentang ekspor, dan menyampaikan apresiasinya kepada Hino karena telah sejak 2011 hingga kini melakukan ekspor baik itu komponen, suku cadang, dan unit kendaraan complete built up (CBU).
